The Stimulus Bill:
The 10 percent tax credit for energy saving home improvements has increased to 30 percent (up to $1,500) and is extended through 2010. Improvements that qualify include energy-efficient windows, skylights and exterior doors, as well as energy saving improvements such as new insulation, high efficiency water heaters and furnaces.
